If your destination is the airport, we recommend booking your transfer at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure. Please note that if the booking request is submitted less than 24 hours before the service, we cannot guarantee immediate confirmation. All last-minute bookings are subject to availability. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.

We will monitor your flight to ensure that our driver is waiting for you at the designated meeting point on time.

What group organisers usually ask

There are 14 of us. How do we travel?

In two vehicles, say a minibus and a minivan, or two minibuses if you have lots of luggage. Send us your flight on WhatsApp and we’ll price both together.

We land on different flights. Does everyone have to wait?

No. Make one booking per arrival and each part of the group leaves as soon as its flight is in.

Will all our luggage fit?

Tell us the number of suitcases, cabin bags and pushchairs when you book so the vehicle has room for everything. If you’re torn between two sizes, ask us.

When and how do we pay?

On the day, to the driver, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged when you book.
